Vanamo Kide Kosmos . Customer review by Tara Andrade.

The moment I saw a picture of Vanamo Kide Kosmos, I knew I had to have it. Although I'd never tried a Vanamo wrap before, the weave seemed to combine the Didy Old Standard weave with some kind of handwoven. Having never tried a Vanamo, I was nervous that the wrapping qualities (WQs) wouldn't live up to the hype I'd created in my head, but I was not disappointed.

To say I love this wrap may be an understatement. In loom state, it felt a bit rough, but after a wash, dry, and iron, it lost that quality. After a wear or two, it softened up, too. The wrap is medium-thick, nearly 300 gsm, but not at all unwieldy. It wouldn't be my first choice for a newborn or new wrapper, but would be a great choice for an older infant and certainly for a toddler. It's textured, denser than Didymos Indios, and has gripping power. It holds a half- knot like a champ, which is important to me. It doesn't have a whole lot of vertical stretch, but it does have diagonal.

Overall, it's solid. It's beautiful on the shoulders. It doesn't budge. And did you see those colors? They are every bit as brilliant in person! The pictures of this wrap are true to life. There is no question about it - I will definitely be adding more Vanamo wraps to my stash, and soon!
