Meet Allie, Little Zen One's founder. She is passionate about babywearing, supporting caregivers, and leveraging technology to find new ways to help families thrive.

"Welcome to the LZO adventure! I grew up in Toronto, studied international development, and spent several years in Panama. Now, I'm back in Toronto and a mother of three. Despite facing sudden deafness a few years ago, I am determined to continue supporting others. My passion for helping caregivers has led me to build a large online community, a thriving ecommerce store, and to continue seeking new ways to make a positive impact."

Meet Megan, Little Zen One's Social Media Manager. She is the brains behind our content and strategies and keeps our babywearing community connected and thriving online!

"Hello, I'm Megan... mama of two little ones! I love everything about babywearing – snuggles, bonding, comforting, contact naps, being hands-free... it's so empowering! My favorite LZO items are my Didymos DidyKlick and my Mamalila Cosy Allrounder Jacket. I initially found LZO on Instagram in 2019 when they were doing a brand rep search and never left! I love being part of the Little Zen One community and everything it has to offer. As someone who doesn't have a large village to rely on, I am so grateful for it! When I'm not working for LZO, I'm probably still babywearing but working as an executive assistant for a large tech company you may have heard of. I love that I can wear my baby and do my job(s). The babywearing days are short, but I am glad to be here enjoying all these days with LZO."

Meet Sarah, Little Zen One's Community Manager! She fosters connections, creates awesome content, and builds welcoming spaces for everyone to share the babywearing love!

"Hi! I'm Sarah. I found Little Zen One in 2019 after having my first baby. I started wearing her in a stretchy wrap at 6 days old and quickly realized that babywearing allowed me to continue doing the things I love. When I had my second daughter, babywearing allowed me to snuggle her close while taking care of my toddler. I can't imagine what parenting would look like without my carriers! I love anything outdoors and can often be found at the beach or the park. My favourite LZO carrier is my Electric Pink Integra Solar Baby Carrier – it has carried my kids on countless adventures!"
