A few questions you might have
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up fee, borrowing fee or deposit, and no card is required. You pay the postage to send each carrier to the next family after your trial. Buying is optional, and if you do decide to buy, it’s 15% off.
How long will I wait?
The typical wait to start is under 5 weeks, though timing varies by carrier and demand. We’ll email you when one is on its way. You can check your position on the waitlist.
How much does postage cost?
It depends on the parcel, destination and shipping service. Carriers stay within your own country. See our shipping guidelines for packing and postage details.
What if I want to keep a carrier?
Contact us and we’ll send you an invoice at 15% off. That discount is already built in, so other discount codes and loyalty points cannot be added on top.
First hosts are different. If a brand new carrier is sent straight from our warehouse to you, you pay the shipping to receive it and your discount is 10% off instead of 15%.
Can I try more than five?
Any purchase of $150 or more unlocks another five trials, including gift card purchases. One reset per order. When you’re ready, sign up for another round.
What if my plans change?
Use the removal form to leave the waitlists. If you currently have a carrier, contact us for help with sending it on.
Already in the program?
The participant hub brings together shipping guidelines, the waitlist, forms, donations, our Facebook group and the full terms and conditions.
