To ensure quality rings are submitted to rigorous testing. The rings and manufacturing process are RoHS compliant and lead and nickel free.
Please note, that colours may vary and there may be small marks (where the brackets hold the rings. in the anodization process.)
Small - Inner diameter: 2" Outer diameter: 2.5" Our small rings are best used with light weight and/or very smooth fabrics. They are well-suited to closed tail slings. If you plan to make your sling very narrow (22"-26"), you might also want the small rings. The small rings are very secure, though not as easy to adjust as the larger rings.
Medium - Inner diameter: 2.5" Outer diameter: 3" If you are using a medium or dress weight fabric, in widths of 26 "-30", you might be more comfortable with the medium size rings. In general, the medium size rings will give you a sling that is secure, but may not be as easy to adjust as the large rings if your fabric is on the thicker side.
Large - Inner diameter: 3" Outer diameter: 3.5" If you are making a double layer sling, turning a baby wearing wrap into a sling, using a heavy weight (winter weight) or heavy nap fabric, or a very wide fabric (34"-45"), or want an easy ring to adjust you sling in the past.
X Large - Inner diameter: 3.5" Outer diameter: 4" For use with Jasmine's tandem hip carry or thick handwoven wraps that have been unsuccessful with size large rings.
SlingRings are made from aluminum 6061 and are lead free.
They are anodized in a RoHS compliant process.
They are also safe for people with nickel allergies.

In-stock orders are processed within 72 business hours after receiving your order confirmation email.
If an item is on back-order, you will receive an email to notify you.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you your order has been shipped.
Please note, there are still shipping delays due to COVID-19 and extreme weather conditions. We see delays in the first (initial) scan of packages at USPS and Canada Post, and this is outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.

Internationally, we offer Carrier Calculated Shipping and a $15 Flat rate Partially Tracked Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Little Zen One is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and so they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update as there are delays at Canada Post and USPS with the initial scan.
In North America, If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello @ littlezenone.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you are outside of North America, please allow 21 days.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the items are unused and in its original condition (not tried on).
If your order is eligible for a return, we will refund your order amount minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Please view our full return policy here.
