Flames Silver silk Woven Wrap by Didymos

I have been wrapping my babies for over a decade and I have used various different brands and types of carriers/wraps/slings. With baby shower gift money, we decided to purchase this luxurious new wrap...This Didymos Silver Flames is truly the creme de la creme of wraps!!!

1) First of all, IT IS GORGEOUS!!! There is a sheen to it that I have never seen in a wrap. The fabric is not shiny, yet it has a mysterious sheen! I love it!!!! Both sides of the Flames are equally beautiful. Depending on the amount of light, the wrap seems to take on a unique hue. I really love the color!!!! It will go with anything I wear!

2) Secondly, it is LIGHT AND AIRY. Not heavy at all. You can see light through the weave when held up to the sun. This is ESSENTIAL in hot climates, like Texas! It has to breathe, and this Flames wrap breathes.

3) Thirdly, it FEELS LOVELY!!! Straight out of the box, it’s soft and malleable. The knots and nubs make for a nice texture to the hand and help with secure “grabbing” when wrapping, i.e. it grabs onto itself and doesn’t slide.

4)Fourthly, it is STRONG. Silk is an amazing fiber. It is super strong, light, and beautiful. That, combined with high-quality, breathable cotton is a win-win combination. This wrap is not going to wear out.

Conclusion: I have only just begun using this new wrap. I am excited about the beauty and quality of it. This Didymos Silver Flames wrap will be such a precious family heirloom.
