Can I try a carrier before buying?
Yes. Try up to 5 carriers at home, one week each, through our free Try Before You Buy program. There's no rental fee — you only pay to ship the carrier forward to the next family when your week is up.
Can I get help choosing a carrier?
Absolutely. Message our Certified Babywearing Consultants with your baby's age, your build, and what you're hoping to do. We'll suggest options that actually fit your life.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Each product page shows the current processing time. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after that.
Why buy from LZO instead of direct from Europe?

Are the carriers on your website new or used?
