We are absolutely obsessed with this jacket!!! It ticks all the boxes:

- waterproof
- windproof
- easy to put on

Just buy the dang jacket already. You won't regret it!

I do wish it was just a touch longer though.

Obsessed! Having this jacket makes me want to get outside more just so I can wear it with my baby wrapped. I love everything about it - the soft lining, the good pockets, the length, the removable hoods, the waterproof layer. I’m 5’0, about 145 lbs, and bought the M. Fits perfect. I’ve worn it with and without baby. If wearing without a baby, I would say it’s comfy from about 45-60 degrees F. Wearing a baby adds 10ish degrees, especially if you’re moving around, so it’s warm enough even around freezing!

I live in Seattle and live the mamalila all rounder. It's kept us completely dry in moderate rain. The hood and backwearing capabilities are my favorite features. It's generously sized. I normally wear a medium and ordered a medium. I probably could have gone with a small but the medium fits my husband as well so we share the coat while babywearing. I wear a sweatshirt underneath on most days for layering! We've gotten tons of use out of it!

I’ll be honest, I really didn’t think this jacket would work. I was worried the arms would be too small at the shoulder and that it’d be too big everywhere else. I ordered the small at 5’0” 135lbs and 34d bust. It fits with space! Everything is always a tad long on me but this jacket doesn’t feel overwhelming in any way. Pleasantly surprised with this purchase and now I want to purchase a cozy allrounder to add to the collection. This jacket provides ample warmth for our Colorado winters (snow, frigid wind. -15F to 30F). On the colder days, I layer up with the Basel fleece and it’s perfect.

Best purchase of 2024 for us, hands down. We were highly skeptical of it's waterproofing as the fabric was so soft and comfortable AND machine washable. We went out on a rainy day (not quite a storm but definitely persistent and heavy rains) while wearing our baby WITHOUT a jacket and both of us stayed bone dry. Felted pockets are a huge plus. We sized up so we could layer for winter, really excited to get the fleece jacket to see how they play together. Curiosity, the panels are also great if you want to wear your backpack under your jacket/coat. It's true that the coat isn't the most flattering cut, but it's so utile that it's hardly a deal breaker.
